WHAT IS IT

MASTERTOP® 528 is a self-smoothing, cementitious, non-structural, floor underlayment for use over poured in-situ and precast concrete floors which will be covered by resin overlays, carpet, vinyl, ceramic tiles or natural stone. Only water needs to be added on site to obtain the desired consistency for pumping or manual installation.

  • refurbishing old floors

WHY IS IT GREEN

MASTERTOP ® 528 is a cementitious based material and as such contains no VOC components. Once used MASTERTOP® 528 is part of the structure and cannot be separated and returned. It becomes an integral part of the substrate and might indirectly be re-used as re-cycled gravel etc. Highly durable.

MASTERTOP®528 is inert as a waste product. It is recyclable with regards to Construction Waste Management.
