WHAT IS IT
Senerflex® Classic PB Wall System is an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) that provides a durable weather – resistant primary barrier. The system offers design flexibility, aesthetic appeal and energy savings. Integrated system components include, adhesive, EPS insulation board, reinforced base coat and 100% acrylic polymer finish.
WHERE CAN IT BE USED
Senerflex® Classic PB Wall System provide walls with insulation, a finished surface, and waterproofing in one integrated system. These multilayered panels help to warm and cool buildings with low energy consumption while also protecting against fire. Moreover, these products cover the entire renovation process from the drying out of brickwork through the restoration of ornaments to loam renderings and paints. Water-repellent and breathable coatings preserve the beauty of buildings for years to come.
The EIFS System can be directly applied to acceptable sheathings like: Perma Base brand cement board (or other ASTM C1325 Type A Exterior approved cement boards), poured concrete / unit masonry, Fiberock Aqua- Tough Sheathing, Dens-Glass Gold sheathing ( ASTM C1177), gypsum sheathing (ASTM C79/C1396), Exposure 1 or exterior plywood sheathing ( Grade C-D or better), Exposure 1 OSB
WHY IS IT GREEN
Senerflex® Classic PB Wall System once applied as an building envelope facilitates tremendous energy savings over the life cycle of a building ( be it in hot and old climates). Therefore it also contributes with significant credits to Green Building Regulations like LEED, BREEAM or ESTIDAMA.
Design bound advantages like cost savings or weight savings of the whole strength bearing structure of a building can be achieved when this EIFS System is already considered at design stage.
