The Hadley Group is The UK’s largest privately owned manufacturer of cold rolled steel profiles with manufacturing plants in The UK, Germany, Dubai and Thailand. The Group companies are dedicated to the provision of matchless standards of service, quality, innovation and technical expertise.

The integration of advanced research and development with in- house tooling manufacture, and the construction of its own roll forming machines have earned the company its reputation as a major force in cold roll forming technology.

Products produced by The Hadley Group are predominantly used in the construction industry, and many are processed using our internationally patented UltraSteel® process. This process recently won the Queens Award for Enterprise Innovation. These standards are central to the manufacturing policies of the company, and a strict quality assurance conforming to ISO 9001:2008.

Facts & Figures: Today the company employs over 450 people with an annual turnover in excess of £100M. Annually the company rolls more than 125,000 tons of steel, and over 1 billion linear meters of UltraSteel® products are produced by both our Group companies and approved licensees. Business is carried out in over 36 countries, covering 5 continents.

Hadley Industries (Middle East): The Hadley Group has been operating in the Middle East for over 15 years from a purpose built factory in Jebel Ali, Dubai. Products include dry wall and ceiling sections, electrical cable management systems and external steel framing solutions. During our time in Dubai we have built a reputation for quality and service through our innovative approach to cold rolled sections, and many of our customers are now benefiting from the use of our patented UltraSteel® process.

UltraSteel®: Hadley’s patented method of altering the surface characteristics of roll form steel, resulting in stronger sections and significant reductions in raw material usage. The process is a major technical break through, and can be developed for use on virtually any light gauge cold roll formed section or product.

In 2006 the company was award the Queens Award for Enterprise Innovation for the UltraSteel® process.
