WHAT IS IT
A locking device for hinged doors
DORMA’s ML9000 and MK9000 Series Grade 1 heavy-duty mortise locksets provide exceptional security, enhanced aesthetics, and rugged dependability. These premium performance locksets are built with a heavy-duty mortise chassis for all applications where ANSI A156.13 Grade 1 products are required. To meet the aesthetic needs of your project, these versatile locks are available in a range of lever and knob trim designs — Choose between the LR, LC, LT, or LG lever designs or select either the KR and KB knob designs. Made in the USA.

WHY IS IT GREEN
Most of the raw materials for this product are produced from recycled metals and with more than 75% of the total raw material by weight can be recycled at the end of the product life. It is estimated that the consumption is much less than 10.0 MJ/kg to produce this product.
OTHER INFORMATION
Lock materials may be recycled as steel materials. The housing AND internal parts may be sent to a metal recycler. Packing is 76-100% derived from recycled materials and the same amount can be recycled once again.
The DORMA ML9000 and MK9000 are U.L. and C.U.L listed, three hour fire rated. Locks are listed for A label and lesser class doors, 4'0" × 8'0" maximum per leaf. Locks also listed for 1-1/2 hour rated or lesser doors, 4'0" × 9'0" maximum per leaf. The DORMA ML9000 and MK9000 are certified to the operational and security requirements of ANSI A156.13 Series 1000 Grade 1. The ML9000 meets A117.1 and ADA requirements for barrier-free accessibility. Manufactured in the USA. California State Fire Marshall (CSFM) approved, California State Reference code, 1989 (formerly title 19).
