EmiCool Solite
WHAT IS IT
Emicool Solite spectrally selective glass types have been developed to provide architects with a solution of contemporary needs for high levels of transparency whilst giving optimum control over direct solar heat gain.
A glass type is considered to be spectrally when its Light-to-Solar Gain ratio (LSG) is ≥ 1.25 as defined by the US Department of Energy. The entire Solite range is seen to be substantially spectrally selective, with LSG ratios above 1.47. High levels of transparency, clarity and excellent solar resistance – these are the impressive benefit of the Solite range of spectrally selective Low-E glass.
The entire Solite range has excellent thermal insulation performance criteria, with U-Values (EN 673) typically 1.60 W/m2K for 24mm (6+12+6mm) insulated glass and 1.30 W/m2K for 28mm (6+16+6mm) units.
WHERE CAN IT BE USED
Emicool Solite can be used where high levels of transparency, clarity and excellent solar resistance is required.
