- CEMEX entered the United Arab Emirates in March 2005 when it acquired the UK-based RMC Group

- Since 2005, the Company has operated in the UAE as CEMEX Topmix LLC, CEMEX Supermix LLC (ready-mix concrete) and CEMEX Falcon LLC (cement/GGBS), with headquarters in Dubai
- CEMEX Topmix LLC and CEMEX Supermix LLC have 9 active concrete batching plants between them, with an annual capacity of 2.1 million m3
- The cement grinding mill at CEMEX Falcon LLC has an annual capacity of 1.6 million MT
