Mulk Holdings is a Holding company owning a group of 14 companies and majority owned by Chairman Nawab Shaji Ul Mulk residing in the Middle East for more than two decades. A decision to form Mulk Holdings as a Holding company was taken in 2001 to merge and structure all the group companies.

In a short span of 10 years, the Company has expanded its manufacturing bases into Europe, U.A.E, India, Sri Lanka and currently expanding into U.S.A, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and Russia. Corporate Head quarters are based in Sharjah Hamriya Free zone with a distribution network spread in nearly 80 countries.
