WHAT IS IT

Thermobreak™ is the original “All in One” flexible thermal insulation made from physically crosslinked closed cell polyolefin foam, factory fused to a reinforced 7um aluminium foil and backed with a specially developed acrylic tissue interlayer adhesive system.

Designed for value and proven to perform, Thermobreak™ products offer outstanding thermal insulation properties and effective condensation control.

Physically Crosslinked - Engineered cell size and density for outstanding thermal performance. Thermal Conductivity - 0.032 W/mK (@23º C meant temp, 50-70% R.H)

  • Low VOC-emitting (less than the recognised threshold of 0.5 mg/m2/hr - tested to ASTM D5116)
  • CFC and HCFC free
  • Certified as Green Star Product
  • Does not emit any dust or fibre particles during installation or in service
  • May be disposed by landfill. Thermobreak is inert and does not degrade. It forms a permanent soil base and releases no gases or chemicals known to pollute water resources
  • Manufactured in plants that run ISO 14001 certified environmental management systems (Thai Sekisui Foams)
